Despite a strong front-end, the brand's backend operations were dragging it down. During high seasons, promotional campaigns and discount setups required extensive manual effort, which often resulted in last-minute errors and delays.

With the support of Shopify experts, we built a custom automation plan that utilized Shopify Plus-exclusive technologies and smooth third-party connections.

Our first challenge was to minimize the manual effort in customer segmentation and loyalty workflows. We have used the Shopify Flow to automate important tasks, including customer tagging, loyalty reward workflows, and dynamic order tagging. This facilitates the marketing team to personalize campaigns without requiring manual input.

Next, we focused on more efficiently managing high-traffic promotional events. We utilized Shopify Launchpad to pre-schedule product launches, flash sales, and seasonal deals. This proactive setup ensured that all campaigns went live on time without any manual intervention or last-minute errors.

We integrated robust inventory management apps such as Stocky and Katana to address stock mismatches and improve inventory synchronization. These tools automated inventory tracking and ensured real-time synchronization across multiple sales channels, significantly reducing the risk of stockouts or overselling.

After automating sales processes, we focused on customer engagement. We integrated Klaviyo to automate post-purchase interactions through behavior-triggered emails, such as abandoned cart recovery, product recommendations, and personalized follow-ups. This approach improved re-engagement rates while minimizing the marketing team's workload.

To provide a smooth post-purchase experience, we integrated Loop and Returnly to manage return and exchange processes efficiently. These solutions simplified return requests and automated operations, allowing faster processing and less consumer friction.

Finally, to enhance customer satisfaction and improve marketing precision, we developed custom Shopify Scripts to manage conditional discounts, low-stock alerts, and VIP customer identification based on shopping habits. This allowed the brand to offer personalized deals and maintain high customer retention.
