Similarly, Lucent Innovation has completed 9 years and stood firm amidst all the harrowing challenges of the pandemic too. 2022 has brought upon us several opportunities and celebrations like moving to a new office.

When we moved here, we set up an environment of creating a positive work culture filled with games, recognition, and challenges too.

Why have we started a culture of celebration at Lucent Innovation?

Celebrations cause the brain to release "feel good" hormones, according to research. One such chemical is serotonin, which is well known for promoting feelings of well-being, boosting drive, and reducing stress. Another is oxytocin, which is excellent for fostering collaboration and relationships.

The evidence is self-evident. A celebration is a surefire approach to promoting a culture of unity, productivity, and enjoyment at work.

We celebrate work anniversaries.

No matter how big or little, work anniversaries provide an opportunity for us to include the workforce and strengthen the culture of celebration. Employees will go from being the new child to seasoned pros within their first year. They'll have accomplished a lot and successfully navigated the workplace scanner. The majority will mark the anniversary of their first day and consider how far they've come. We take advantage of this opportunity to recognize what our team has contributed to the positive points and demonstrate how much we cherish our relationship with them.

This year we celebrated our 75th Independence Day with a lot of fun with the children. These children are full of amazing talent and taught us a lot many things. Their skills in drawing and painting as well as showing off their sword skills was incredible and full of surprises. The Janmashtami celebration was divine as the atmosphere was filled up with prayers and chanting for Lord Krishna.

We celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi for the first time, and it has blessed us with positive energy and vibes at our new office.

The significance of Ganesh Chaturthi worship

As a matter of faith and devotion, Lord Ganesha is worshiped. On this day, Ganesha was given an elephant head to bring him back to life. The god of knowledge, learning, and fortune is Parvathi and Shiva's son. Before starting any task, the name of Ganesha is chanted, which is seen to be extremely fortunate and auspicious. Some people even keep the portrait of Lord Ganesha on their entryway to allow pleasant vibrations to come into the house/office.

Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated with great pomp and flair, and we are waiting eagerly for Ganeshji to visit us next year too.
