Challenges

The client faced several challenges in setting up a dropshipping model that could efficiently manage orders, products, and merchants. They needed a Super Admin platform to oversee all operations and a Merchant App that individual retailers could integrate into their Shopify stores. Additionally, ensuring real-time order and product synchronization across multiple sellers required seamless API connectivity. Another key challenge was offering personalized product previews so that customers could see a visual representation of their customized orders before purchase. They also needed a secure and scalable infrastructure to handle increasing merchant onboarding and order processing.

Solutions

We developed a comprehensive dropshipping platform with two integrated applications:

Super Admin App: A dedicated management tool for My Easy Monogram to oversee orders, products, and merchant data. It also included a custom preview generator, allowing customers to visualize their personalized products before purchase.

Merchant App: Retailers could install a public Shopify app on their stores to sell My Easy Monogram products seamlessly. This app enabled real-time product sync, automated order processing, and notifications through Shopify and ShipStation webhooks.

We built the backend using Spring Boot (Java) and PHP while integrating React.js for a user-friendly, responsive interface to ensure efficiency and scalability. Our expert React JS developers engineered the robust front end to deliver a seamless customization experience and intuitive navigation across all user touchpoints.

The entire platform was deployed on AWS, utilizing Cognito for security, S3 for storing product images, and Lambda for efficient processing. A centralized order fulfillment system was set up to automate tracking, syncing, and notifications. Elastic Cache, API Gateway, and Event Bridge further optimized data processing and real-time updates.
