Additionally, even though finding work is essential for recovery, those with severe mental illnesses frequently aren't given the opportunity. Families, carers, coworkers, communities, and society at large can all be impacted by mental health issues. The reduction in productivity caused by depression and anxiety costs the global economy $1 trillion annually.   </p>

A policy brief on mental health at work that was created in partnership with the International Labor Organization is included with this. At various scales, society contains both threats and safeguards for mental health. External risks increase the risk for people, families, and communities. Global risks, which include economic downturns, disease outbreaks, humanitarian crises, forced displacement, and the escalating climate issue, raise the risk for entire populations.  </p>

Despite being exposed to a risk factor, the majority of people do not go on to acquire a mental health illness, while many people who have no known risk factor do so, nonetheless. <p>Lucent Innovation recently organized a memorable trip for its employees to the Serene Midas Resorts, nestled in a peaceful location amidst lush vegetation. The itinerary for the trip included one night and two days with the stay being a perfect combination of traditional art and modern amenities, an ultimate setting for soothing mind and body.  <br>The resort’s picturesque and tranquil setting made for an ideal opportunity for team members to participate in a variety of activities, ranging from adventure sports to group games. The team was able to have fun, appreciate each other's company, and nurture relationships that would be extremely useful at work.  </p>

<p>Day 2 begun with an early morning jungle trek, an interesting activity to feel the nature all around and it was quite refreshing when compared to the concrete jungle of the city. How to forget the amazing jeep safari; It was a paradise for photography lovers as they captured beautiful and amazing pictures of the sunset and flora &amp; fauna.  </p>

<p>The chance to speak and share things with the top leaders was one of the trip's highlights. The senior leadership staff was present the entire time and took part in all of the games and activities. This helped break down the hierarchy and create a level playing field for all the members. </p>

The teamwork and collaboration among the employees had improved vastly and were able to communicate better with each other, which helped to streamline the work process and improve efficiency. </p>

For us, it is a time to clear out the old and make room for something new. Although there is extensive cleaning of homes and offices, it is also a time for introspection and inner purification. We should all examine our hearts and minds around Diwali and ask ourselves, "What cleansing needs to be done here?" We should be made immaculate, and a home suited for the Divine, just as we sweep out the shadowy corners of our homes. To make a place for empathy, forgiveness, and love, it is essential to let go of past grievances, resentment, and judgments.</span></p>

<p><strong>This year Lucent Innovation thought - Can we think of a different way to celebrate Diwali?</strong></p>

<p><strong>How about spending time with people who are lonely and crave a bit of company, laughter, and joy? </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">The joy of giving not only materialistic things but your compassion, time, and companionship.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">So, we decided to invite underprivileged kids from Robinhood Army, Ahmedabad, and elderly people from Karmyog Foundation, Chandkheda.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">These underprivileged kids are vulnerable to many kinds of harm, from poor access to education and health care to an increased risk of exploitation and other forms of abuse. So, we thought to bring a smile to their faces and give them a space to enjoy themselves. The kids had a bang and enjoyed every stall right from having pani puri to playing various games to relishing cakes and pastries. There were 55 kids, and everyone had a lovely time. They were full of smiles when we gave them gifts. Our Diwali event was a blast because there was nothing better than looking at the smiles on their innocent faces.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We also invited some elderly from the Karmyog foundation in coordination with Mr.Chirag Vajha.</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">It was satisfying to see the elderly enjoying the companionship of people. They became young kids again and had fun in the various stalls.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coming to the main event we named it <strong>Luminous.</strong> The concept was that different teams had to create stalls and the judgment was based on their creativity, marketing techniques, the rush of people, etc. Everyone came up with different stalls and it was amazing to see different people come together and utilize their strengths to succeed. Their team worked hard playing to each other's strengths. The children enjoyed different milkshakes along with pizza and dabeli. They prepared the board for the games, etc on their own. The children had a blast playing these games. Even the elderly enjoyed becoming children once again. Another is oxytocin, which is excellent for fostering collaboration and relationships.</span></p>

These children are full of amazing talent and taught us a lot many things. Their skills in drawing and painting as well as showing off their sword skills was incredible and full of surprises. The god of knowledge, learning, and fortune is Parvathi and Shiva's son. Before starting any task, the name of Ganesha is chanted, which is seen to be extremely fortunate and auspicious. Some people even keep the portrait of Lord Ganesha on their entryway to allow pleasant vibrations to come into the house/office.</span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" data-mce-style="font-weight: 400;">Holding brief, informal sessions with the staff and constantly communicating in a generic way.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" data-mce-style="font-weight: 400;">Digital platforms for rewards and recognition must be implemented immediately to address this problem. For employees who work remotely, the digital recognition tool raises their spirits and maintains the feedback culture. And giving people who are at work baskets and treats.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" data-mce-style="font-weight: 400;">Employers can encourage self-actualization by giving remote employees access to online learning resources. Mr. Ashish Kasma is a software engineer who has worked for firms such as Accenture and Wipro. He brings 8 years of industry experience and skills to the table. Mr. Nitesh Kasma is a pharmacologist who left his work as a toxicologist to start this business. Mr. Ashish Kasma, on the other hand, developed and managed Lucent's technology. Mr. Nitesh Kasma put his expertise to work in the company's business development department. From being an e-commerce solution partner to providing new Global Digital and software services to enterprises that have expanded tremendously and continue to do so, the company has thrived.</span></p>
